merchantable quality and free of defects for a period of 5 years from the

defective product, at eclipse's discretion. Issuance of a credit for the
defective goods shall occur only when the item is no longer available for
replacement or it can not be repaired. The resolution of such a claim shall
be at the discretion of Eclipse.
An original receipt of the sale dated sometime within the previous 5 years
